Online Zoom Classes

All classes are available to attend via Zoom. Whether it's too cold to head to class, you are a long distance class participant or have a cough you'd rather not bring to class, video link options are always available to participants. 

Try to arrange to have a blanket and cushion for class, being close-ish to a wall if possible also assists your practice. Click on the link to class no earlier than 15 minutes before the start time and set yourself up for class. You will notice at the top or bottom of your page you have some controls to mute or view in ways that suit you best. You don’t even have to have your video on if you prefer.
