Kate’s yoga teacher training course is Yoga Australia recognised. The course is run over weekends, plus 2 silent retreats.
Join in with weekly face to face or zoom classes with a Kate.
The course is 350 hours of direct contact with Kate and support teachers; Tamara Ditrich, Dan Alder, Falu Eyre and others. Upon completion of the course students will qualify as a Level I Yoga Instructor.

$1,100 up front to confirm place
Then 4 X $1,100 payments on the
1st of Feb, July, Sept and Nov of 2025
Teacher Training in Brisbane - NEW COURSE DATES. For those not in the Kangaroo Valley region, Kate is now offering her yoga teacher training in a new residential format. There will be 3, week long (7 day), training blocks where students come and live in KV and study with Kate, directly. There will also be weekly zoom classes and lectures, so those that live interstate can easily complete this 350 hour Yoga Australia recognised course, with ease.
Residential dates February 6 - 12th,
July 3rd - 9th and October 9th - 15th
Kate will fly to Brisbane for a graduation weekend
at the end of the year
